2 Career Opportunities with a Single Purpose: To Teach Excellent Pilates

If you’re interested in working at Studio3, please take a look at the different opportunities and requirements for both our Core Instructor and Group Class Instructor positions.

Studio3 Core Pilates Instructor

As a Studio3 Core Pilates Instructor, you’ll have the opportunity to build and establish your studio client roster to include private and tandem (semi-private) Pilates training in addition to Pilates group classes. 

We work with you to promote and prioritize your studio availability; and you’ll teach your clients in our fully equipped Pilates studio alongside a team of experienced Studio3 Core instructors and our studio director. 

As a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor, you’ll gain experience in an established boutique Pilates studio where every teacher works across all equipment to progress clients through varied, accessible, and customized Pilates workouts.

Studio3 Core Pilates Instructor Application requirements:
  • Fully Certified in STOTT Pilates in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
  • Completed STOTT Pilates programming for Injuries & Special Populations
  • Minimum 120 hours teaching experience
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Current Liability Insurance Coverage

Studio3 Group Class Pilates Instructor

At Studio3, our Group Class Pilates Instructors focus exclusively on teaching thoughtfully designed group series and drop-in classes within our small-class model.

We specialize in group classes of 3- 4 participants, allowing you to deliver focused, intelligent programming that challenges safely and adapts skillfully to each client in your class. You’ll work closely with our studio director to develop and refine group class offerings that reflect your teaching strengths, uphold the high standard of Pilates Studio3 is known for and contribute to the growth of our engaged studio community.

Studio3 Group Class Pilates Instructor Application requirements:
  • Certified in recognized Pilates Reformer and/or Mat program
  • Minimum 120 hours teaching experience
  • CPR certification
  • Liability Insurance Coverage
  • 2 letters of recommendation from past employers
