Studio3 Group Classes

Our group class series are progressive in order to advance your Pilates practice.

With options for every level of movement experience, each series is programmed to safely challenge and train all class participants.

And with only 4 participants per class, we aim to prioritize individual needs without compromising the group class structure.

How to join Classes


Class Series

You can sign up for our series online using the Sign Up button. If there is no option to sign up you can email the Studio at info@studiopower3.ca to be added to the waitlist and explore other options. 
When you join one of our progressive series you are committed for all the dates in that series. 
If you ever have questions about whether a class is the right fit for you please reach out to the studio. 


Online Group Classes

Studio3 is using Zoom to provide online Pilates classes. 

Register on MindBody at least 4 hours before the class start time.

Once we’ve received confirmation of your class registration, we’ll send you a private Zoom link for the class to the email registered on your account.
