Be guided through a gentle Yin Yoga practice with a meditative approach in this online class. Supported poses will open and stretch your body, releasing physical tightness and unnecessary tension.

Ideal for everybody and all levels, this class is an opportunity to become grounded both physically and mentally amidst the hecticness of your busy schedule.
