This series will elevate your strength and endurance, improve your mobility and deepen your mindbody focus through exercise sequences that focus on
- The synergy of physical strength and mental focus
- Functional movement patterns
- Safely challenging and improving coordination and balance
*Studio3 recommends that participants have done at least 6-8 group classes or private training before participating in this class or have the approval of class instructor or Studio3 Director.
