Each workout will begin with a focused activation before moving through a sequence flow that will level up your strength and mobility with full body exercises that target:

  • Energy and engagement
  • Balance, strength and mobility

*Studio3 recommends that participants have done at least 6-8 group classes or private training before participating in this class or have the approval of class instructor or Studio3 Director.
