This energetic series incorporates dynamic cardio sequences with full body exercises creating a Reformer workout that builds endurance, improves muscle control and improves coordination. 

Using the CardioTramp and Reformer Jumpboard, horizontal jump sequences are a strong and safe way to

  • Strengthen the joints in a non-weight bearing position
  • Challenge proprioception with active landing and propulsion
  • Improve breathing and lung capacity
  • Build coordination and movement confidence
