Reformer workout
If you have the basics down on the Reformer, this is a fun, beginner to secondary level mini-workout that takes you from lying for legs to kneeling for arms, standing and into a full body position that challenges endurance, core and arm and leg strength. Take 10 minutes and work in some of these #Pilatescore exercises into your day.
Pilates at Home workout
Bring the Reformer workout home, with this Pilates mat based, mini workout that is just as challenging, fun and diverse. Getting in some wall Pilates plus using a towel, Pilates flex band to vary your movement, you’ll be working your entire body with focus, control and connection.
All you need is 10 minutes, a mat, a hand towel, Pilates flex band (optional) and a wall!
