Why I love to teach:

My favourite part of teaching is being able to help clients move better and feel better! I love how pilates fosters body awareness and clients are able to integrate this and improve their quality of life. My job is even more rewarding when I can make the process of reaching their goals fun and enjoyable! Cheers to health and fitness.
