This is an intermediate level Reformer-based Pilates class that will focus on increasing your endurance through movement sequences that emphasize coordination and balance.

Intermediate Pilates reformer and mat exercises will be integrated into this 60 minutes workout creating a dynamic, full body workout.

Ideal for: Those who have completed at least 8-10 Level 1 and/or Level 2 Studio3 classes or equivalent and are comfortable working on the Pilates Reformer.
