There are no hard and fast rules to meditation. We all seek a recipe that will take us directly to mindful nirvana when in truth it is entirely a personal experience that you need to develop and tailor to your needs.

During the course of this 4 weeks series, Linda Griffith will introduce the following tools used to find a practice that suits your individual needs:

Breathing Techniques
Body Scanning

Each 45 minutes session will begin with a short discussion before exploring suitable postures that will facilitate both physical and mental stillness
