Brianna Gastaldi

As a former dancer, Brianna was introduced to Pilates in order to strengthen an injury. Inspired by the benefits and noticeable results, she became committed to her own workout, bettering her posture and overall strength.

After completing her degree at Guelph University, she decided to pursue her Pilates education and received her Full Certification through STOTT Pilates in 2008. Her commitment to advancing her own knowledge and understanding of the work has led her to participate in workshops and continuing education seminars that focus on specialized programming for clients. This has allowed her to develop a diverse clientele experience that includes working with clients who are post rehabilitating injuries, pre and post natal clients and those who continually expect demanding, high level and enthusiastic programming on a weekly basis.

As a senior instructor at Studio3, Brianna is a valuable mentor to the other instructors on the studio team. Her patience with and knowledge of working with others as well as her deep appreciation of the Pilates work is a resource for both new and experienced instructors alike. Respected in the Pilates industry for her high level of professionalism and client oriented approach, she also maintains her own studio in London, Ontario where she teaches private, tandem and small group classes.

Brianna’s gentle and focused approach has retained her large following at Studio3 since she began at the studio 2008. With workouts that are individualized and progressive, she is able to continuously provide her clients with well researched, functional, effective and fun workouts that accommodate both their immediate and long term goals.

Brianna regularly co-facilitates and teaches client retention and program development workshops at Studio3. She is certified as a Level 1 MELT Method Instructor and is currently working towards her Level 2 MELT Method certification. She intends to further her MELT Method training through the neuromuscular education component beginning in 2016.
