New Year’s Resolution! Add sizzle and heat to your winter by joining our full body workout circuit sessions. Targeting strength, posture, coordination, stamina and endurance, a challenging sequence of exercises will be taught on the Pilates and small equipment.

Level: Open to all ages and levels.
**Not suitable for post rehab, pre/post natal or injured parties**
