Dynamic Core on Cadillac and Reformer
Get the most out of your workout by using both the Cadillac and Reformer. This class will build on multi-dimensional movement patterns and challenge participants through endurance, strength and form. Classes will include: Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, standing spring system, free weights, core, balance and coordination work.
Ideal for
Those who have a fitness background or have done at least 2-4 Pilates classes.

Power Mat
A great way to master the use of your own body weight as an exercise tool, this well paced mat class will target the abdominals, back, arms and legs through a series of dynamic exercises.
Small props including the BOSU, HALO, Fitness Circles and flex band are often used to either assist or add challenge to the workout.

Those who have a fitness background or have done at least 2-4 Pilates classes.

Use muscles you never knew you had through full body exercise sequences that connect both Pilates mat exercises and challenging TRX training combination series.
