In this 4 weeks series, we’ll incorporate an emphasis of working hip strengthening exercise sequences into full body workouts. Integrating some of the contemporary and classical Pilates mat exercises, we’ll move through 4 workouts that will give you some new ideas on how to program plus quick sequences you can add into your own workouts for overall strength, challenge and endurance.
