Studio3 programming focuses on Pilates workouts that include additional modalities such as weight training and Yoga. We’ve chosen to make these disciplines a part of your workouts so that you are constantly challenged, developing greater strength and body awareness and learning how to push your physical boundaries while being safe and functional in doing so.
