Whether you’re continuing or starting your fitness activity this Fall, experience our full body workout Circuit series. Targeting strength, posture, coordination, stamina and endurance, a challenging sequence of exercises will be taught on the Pilates and small equipment.
Dates: Sunday series: September 16, 23, 30 & October 7
Time: 2:30pm – 3:30pm
Level: Open to all ages and levels. Not suitable for post rehab, pre/post natal or injured parties
