Sarah has been in the fitness industry for over fifteen years. After completing a business degree at the University of Windsor she managed a GoodLife Fitness club and taught fitness classes. Intrigued by the fitness industry’s move toward mindful movement she decided to give up the high impact training and focus on the STOTT PILATES technique. Completing her STOTT PILATES certification in 2004, she earned Instructor Trainer status in 2007 and since 2012 has been a Lead Instructor Trainer and International presenter for STOTT PILATES.

Known for her energetic, positive approach to fitness, Sarah’s ability to intelligently challenge all levels in her classes draws a devoted clientele. Her enthusiasm for Pilates and commitment to staying at the forefront of what the fitness industry offers creates programming and group classes that are unparalleled.

I come from the traditional fitness background but I love how strong and flexible Pilates makes me feel. Meshing both worlds has been ideal for my body and I love how it’s helped so many others change theirs and feel amazing while doing so.

When she’s not teaching Pilates education courses internationally, Sarah maintains a clientele in Toronto, providing each client with a well balanced workout that makes them feel strong, empowered and confident.
