But consider this… Your time is precious. So the more you get out of a workout, the more it’s worth the time that you invest. And when your workout focuses on strengthening both body and mind, the better chance you’ll commit to it and transfer it to everyday life. This means a better posture, a more confident stride, stronger muscles, greater flexibility and a more efficient breathing pattern. This translates into more energy, less fatigue, less stress and an overall positive attitude. Basically, someone others enjoy being around.
