Keep calm and stay balanced this season with our Studio3 Balance and Strength TRX Series
Join us this fall/winter season to safely challenge your mind-body connection and strengthen your core. Join certified TRX and Pilates instructor Janet Lee for 4 weeks while she spices up a Pilates mat workout on the TRX suspension system and takes you through challenging, fun sequences that will keep you focused, balance and ready for the upcoming season.
Monday Series: December 2, 9, 16 & 23
6:00pm – 7:00pm
$140 plus HST*
Open to all ages and levels. Previous fitness experience is recommended. This class is not ideal for those who are dealing with current injuries or are pregnant. Please contact the instructors for further details.
